The student is already living in France with a scholarship (e.g., Erasmus Mundus degree master master, exchange program …) which did not lead to a certificate of eligibility for a scholarship to the University of Paris.

All applicants for institutions of higher learning in France, with the exception of international students, who study abroad at French institutions of higher learning, are therefore not eligible for a scholarship to the University of Paris.
Students who have been out of school for two years in a row may not be eligible for a scholarship to the University of Paris.
