Ark Behavioral Health Scholarship is now open for students. Mental health stability is an important part of looking for a long-term job or improving one’s lifestyle. We at Ark Behavioral Health are passionate about supporting higher education, both to help college students achieve their goals and the effort to give back to our community.
Mental health challenges for college students affect student performance, motivation, and social interaction. In fact, since the beginning of the epidemic, students have experienced a dramatic increase in anxiety and depression.
Covid-19 highlights the mental health challenges and needs of students.
The spread of the virus has caused such pressures as fear of infection, financial instability, and anxiety over the loss of loved ones. The epidemic also forced students to change their lifestyle, forcing them to become accustomed to little or no contact at all.
Some studies have explored mental health problems throughout the epidemic, but there is much to be learned about the impact among college students.
For these reasons, it is important to promote mental health awareness for college students during COVID-19 and to enlighten ways to help reduce stress, depression, and other mental illnesses.
