FOOD VALUE OF MILK

* As we know that milk is the first dietry product that is given to newly born child as to be considered as highly nutrient product that milk is our highly nutrient value food as considered as a major components of humans life So it has been astimated gives healthy results as well it.
* It is commonly know that milk and milk products are the important source of good quality proteins and vitamins as well we know that dairy products are also obtained from milk so that they can also give healthy nutritional benefits.FOOD VALUE OF MILK AND MAJOR AND MINOR NUTRIENTS OF MILK

* It is stated that in US study on milk drinkers have high proportion of vitamin A , Calcium , Phosphorous and magnesium as compared to non milk drinkers. Indeed the Americans advisory committee report determined that without milk products , 19-50 year old women would reach only 44% of Calcium recommendations , 57% of Magnesium recommendations and 57% of Potassium recommendations.
