Kellogg Visiting Fellowship 2022 is open to foreign students who want to pursue a doctorate and postgraduate degree in the USA. The Kellogg Institute for International Study has been providing tourism courses to the professional academic community since 1983 to promote international studies. This highly regarded study program gives you the opportunity to study where you need it, to further your studies, and to collaborate with other academics and practitioners across the US and around the world.
As a visitor, you are pursuing studies on the topics of democracy and human development at the Kellogg Institute, share your studies with the Notre Dame academic community, and have the opportunity to participate in the Kellogg Working Paper Series.

Program time: Partnerships are offered during the academic year (August to May) or fall (August to December) or spring semesters (January to May). In exceptional cases, a two-year tourism relationship may be granted to one or two applicants per year.

To qualify for the Kellogg Institute Visiting fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Required Languages: English
Eligible countries: All countries of the World.
Promising experts for junior and middle school students (especially postdoc and assistant or fellow professors)
Distinguished top academics with a designated track record of academic excellence
Completed policy makers, journalists, and other practitioners with their knowledge and experience who can link policy and bursaries
In exceptional cases, the Center will support applicants with a Ph.D. or equivalent in other ways.
The institute accepts applications from academics and qualified doctors who do not have a Ph.D.
ABD graduates can apply, but the prizes depend on their Ph.D. before starting a relationship.
Advanced English language training is required.
Foreign nationals must have a valid passport and be able to obtain a J-1 Visa.
