Merit Scholarships are renewable for up to four years (ie, $12,000 = $48,000) for students who maintain satisfactory academic progress.

Eligibility Criteria for Seattle University Scholarship

Applicants must meet the following criteria for the Seattle University Scholarship:

Required languages: English.

  • Eligible Countries: All Countries of the World
  • Undergraduate applicants must have a 3.0 score with an average of 3.0 in the United States.
  • Provide official, certified English language translations of all transcripts from each educational institution in attendance.
  • Applicants whose mother tongue is other than English must express English proficiency regardless of their period of residence in the United States, their citizenship, or their immigration status.
  • The University of Seattle does not require the ACT or SAT of international freshmen applicants. However, these scores improve in an application.
