Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a partnership between ASTAR, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore Management University (SMU). Therefore, PhD training will be conducted in English at ASTAR Research Institutes, NTU, NUS, SUTD, or SMU in your chosen lab. Also, in these laboratories, students will be supervised by world-renowned and respected researchers. Therefore, students who successfully complete the program will be awarded Ph.D. degrees by NTU, NUS, SUTD, or SMU.
In addition, Singapore serves as a gateway to some of the fastest-growing economies in the Asia Pacific region and with SINGA, you can pursue your Ph.D. studies in Singapore, build worldwide connections, and enhance your research career. In addition, SINGA creates a multicultural and multi-cultural research community of students and will be working in a multicultural environment with other people from other cultures. Benefits of SINGA Scholarships:
The scholarship covers four years of PhD studies and includes the following benefits:
Tuition fees.
- $ 2,200 monthly allowance, which will increase to S $ 2,700.
- A one-time flight prize of up to S $ 1,500 is available.
- $1,000 for a one-time residence allowance
