The Eni-Oxford Africa Scholarship 2022-2023 is a fully paid scholarship for African students. This course is offered for MBA courses at the University of Oxford. This course includes full MBA tuition fees, living expenses and one refund fee.
Sponsored by integrated international energy company Eni. In line with its mission, promoted by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Eni contributes to the SDGs through strategic partnerships focused on areas of common interest such as youth employment, chains of agricultural value and renewable energy and energy efficiency, particularly in Africa. This year Eni offers two fully sponsored courses for two outstanding students who are committed to studying their MBA at oxford.

Eligibility criteria for the Eni-Oxford Africa Scholarship
To qualify for the Eni-Oxford Africa Scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Eligible countries: Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rep. Congo, South Africa and Tunisia
You must have at least two years of full-time employment, detailed on one CV page. They look for evidence of continued work and global exposure, as well as the ability to demonstrate strong leadership. they do not look for experience in a particular field.

How do you apply for the Eni-Oxford Africa Scholarship?
Please follow the following application instructions to apply for the Eni-Oxford Africa Scholarship:
You will be asked to provide details of your post-MBA career plans and indicate how the program will equip you with the skills to achieve these goals. By showing a clear vision of your professional development, you will show us that you understand the power of your professional experience, research your future professional goals, and how an MBA will close the gap between the two, uploading all your university diplomas / marks on an online application form.
As part of your application, you will need to submit a supporting statement
Tell them something uncovered in your application that you would like the Import Committee to know about you. (Top 250 words).
When applying under the Oxford 1 + 1 MBA you also need to submit the following essay:
Explain why you see this as especially beneficial for you and how it relates to your career goals and personal development. (Top 250 words).
Re-applicants will need to submit an additional essay as below:
What improvements have you made in your election since you last applied for the Oxford MBA? (Top 250 words).
When reviewing your essays, the admissions committee will consider evidence of the following: good communication skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, relevant to the Oxford MBA community, among other factors.
You will need to complete five questions with our online test platform. To meet you, get a sense of your personality and see how you think on your feet, you will need to complete an online test as part of your app:
Two motivational questions – all candidates will answer the same questions
Two skill-based questions – these will be done randomly
Written response – this will be random and have a simple heart to show us how to think with your feet!
Using an online application form you will need to submit two references, preferably from a professional referee. When your refereeing details add a form, your referee will receive an automatic email from the School with details on how to complete the online reference form.
