Government of Italy Scholarships For Undergraduate and Graduate Studies

The government of Italy offer Scholarship programs to International students who wish to pursue Undergraduate and Graduate Studies at universities in Italy. Students can get scholarships ranging from €1,000 (about $1,050) – 20,000 euros ($21,300) as well as living grants. The scholarships cover: Tuition Fees; Accommodation; Board & Lodging; Travel Expenses & Health Insurance.

Government of Italy Faculty and Staff Scholarship

The Italian government is offering Italy Government Scholarships to foreign applicants who are willing to study or conduct research in Italy. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministero degli Affari Esteri) of Italy has provided these scholarships and grants to faculty members, lecturers, researchers and students who wish to pursue their education and research activities in Italy at accredited institutions, including universities. This scholarship is aimed at studying fields that are directly relevant with one or more degree programs offered by public Italian universities . You must have a letter from your university stating that you are either enrolled in an eligible program as a full-time student or have been invited by your host institution to conduct research/study as a visiting scholar. Government of Italy International Experience Fellowship (IEF)

The Government of Italy International Experience Fellowship (IEF) Program of Italy Government Scholarships is a scholarship program designed to promote cultural awareness by giving young Italians an opportunity to experience life abroad. The scholarship provides an opportunity for those from outside Italy who want to live in Italy and acquire firsthand knowledge about Italian culture and society. Through study, research, internships, or other activities that take place in Italy, IEF scholars improve their Italian language skills while living among Italian citizens. They also gain a deeper understanding of Italian culture and engage with members of local communities.

Government of Italy Foreign Language & Area Studies Fellowships (FLAS)

The United States and Italy Government Scholarships enjoy a longstanding relationship based on common values and cultural ties. The FLAS Program, which was created to deepen mutual understanding between Italian citizens and their American counterparts, is an excellent way to expand your knowledge of Italian language, history, society, art, literature and culture. All fellows are required to spend a minimum of 12 months in residence at one of six universities or research centers in Italy approved by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE). Fellows work closely with leading scholars at host institutions to carry out projects designed to enhance their academic skills and knowledge in a foreign language/culture area. Government of Italy Fulbright-SNAP Award

Each year, Italy offers scholarships to students wishing to study abroad in Italy. The Fulbright-SNAP (State National Academic Program) grants are intended primarily for Italian-American students.
