Recipients will be selected from those who have applied online (before the deadlines indicated below) and have been admitted to one of the Laurea Magistrale courses offered at the Politecnico di Milano, as described in the application process published in the “Application Procedures” section of the document English version of the Politecnico di Milano website, provided that the candidate has accepted admission and completed his dossier with all required documents.

Polytechnic University of Milan Scholarships Benefits
All students enrolled in a Master’s degree program for the academic year 2022/2023 will be considered for this scholarship to study in Europe. The Politecnico di Milano offers the following scholarships over its different campuses:
Milano Campuses : Politecnico di Milano Merit Afghanistan, Platinum, and Gold scholarships
These scholarships are addressed to international students who have been admitted to one of the Laurea Magistrale courses (second level title, corresponding to a Master of Science) on the Milano Campuses. Specifically:
- 3 Merit Afghanistan Scholarships of the amount of 15.000€ gross per year, assigned to female students holding Afghan citizenship enrolling in Politecnico di Milano in the academic year 2022/2023. Should any of these scholarships not been assigned, they could be transformed into Platinum and/or Gold Scholarships, which shall be awarded on the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023;
- 7 Platinum Scholarships worth 10.000 € gross per year given to the first students in the rankings;
- 36 Gold Scholarships worth of 5.000 € gross per year.
On top of that, all scholarship recipients will receive a total fee waiver. The amount of each scholarship (after taxation) will be transferred to the beneficiary’s bank account in two or three instalments per year.
Cremona Campus : Polo di Cremona Gold scholarships
- One of these scholarships is addressed to international students who have been admitted to the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023 to the Laurea Magistrale course in Music and Acoustics Engineering taught at the Cremona Campus.
- The second one is addressed to international students who have been admitted to the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023 to the Laurea Magistrale course in Agricultural Engineering taught at the Cremona Campus.
- The amount of the scholarship will be 5.000 € gross per year, which will be transferred (after taxation) directly to the beneficiary’s bank account in two installments.
- On top of that, the scholarship recipients will receive a total fee waiver.
Piacenza Campus : Piacenza Gold scholarship
Polo di Piacenza Gold scholarships are addressed to international students who have been admitted to the Laurea Magistrale courses in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design and in Energy Engineering (track in Renewables and Environmental Sustainability) offered in English on the Piacenza Campus. The scholarships will be divided as follows:
- 8 scholarships for the Laurea Magistrale course in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design;
- 8 scholarships for the Laurea Magistrale course in Energy Engineering (track in Renewables and Environmental Sustainability).
- The scholarships will cover accommodation costs at the “Morigi” Residence in a double room
- from 12th September 2022, to 31st July 2023, for students who have been admitted to the 1st semester;
- starting from the end of February 2023, for students who have been admitted to the 2nd semester.
- The scholarships also include breakfast and one meal per day, from Monday to Friday. In the month of August, only the accommodation costs will be covered and no meal will be included, as well as on national holidays and the full Christmas and Easter periods. It is possible to change the distribution of the scholarships between the two Laurea Magistrale courses, according to the number of admitted candidates to each course.
- Scholarships recipients will receive a total fee waiver.
All Campuses : Silver scholarships
The Politecnico di Milano Silver scholarships are addressed to international students who have been admitted for the academic year 2022/2023 to one of the Laurea Magistrale courses offered on all the Campuses of Politecnico di Milano. Each scholarship will cover the total amount of enrolment fees to be corresponded, except for the administrative fee amounting to about 170 €, which will have to be paid in advance.

These university scholarships will be awarded to those who applied for admission to a Master’s degree program by the specified deadlines below. Therefore, interested applicants should contact the university and apply to their chosen program before the deadline.
In order to confirm their acceptance, scholarships recipients will have to pay an administrative fee of around 170 €, following the instructions given through the message system of their Politecnico di Milano’s account (Online Services). Scholarship recipients will not be asked to pay any other tuition fees for registering at Politecnico di Milano.
